Orchard St. in the Milwaukee near SW Industrial submarket. The Dickman Company represented the landlord and Colliers International represented the tenant. • Buske Logistics leased 150,000 square feet at Yorkville Business Center - Bldg. 1 in the Racine East submarket. Lee & Associates represented the landlord and The Dickman Company represented the tenant. • Kirby Built Products LLC leased 116,176 square feet at 901 Northview Rd. in the Central Waukesha Industrial submarket. The Dickman Company represented the landlord and tenant. • Vesta signed its 70,870-square-foot lease at 5695 W. Franklin Dr. during the second quarter. CBRE represented the landlord, while JLL and The Dickman Company teamed up in representing the tenant.
