TJW Plant 11, LLC (Buyer) has purchased a 41,462 square foot industrial facility located at 2750 South 163rd Street, New Berlin, Wisconsin from Abraham Holdings, LLC (Seller). T. J. Huenerbein brokered this sale transaction.
